Walnut and Ten Grain Soup

Walnut (as with other grains, eg. flaxseeds,  linseed, soya, nuts are great other sources of Omega -3 fatty acids that can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease and in cancer prevention.


Omega-3s acids are naturally extremely unstable and it is preferable to use whole foods as source instead of omerga-3s supplement( Drug). Therefore, it is wise to add some of these grains and nuts into our diet.

I have started adding walnut into one of our morning blends using the Cosmo SoyLove blender pot, and it has become another health drink.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp ten grain
2 tbsp barley
A handful of walnut
1300 ml of water

Add of all of the above into the filter barrel and after when it is done after 30 minutes, add sugar to taste.
