Pumpkin and Ten Grain Soup

Here's yet another pumpkin soup recipe. It is an alternative to the pumpkin soup I blogged about sometime ago, if we like it as dessert instead of dinner soup. And we added ten grain soup and pumpkin seeds so that the goodness is ten-fold.

Ingredients:
500 gm of diced pumpkin
3 tbsp of ten grain
1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
2 or 3 mint leaves (optional)

Put all of the above in the filter barrel of the Cosmo SoyLove blender pot. I tried to add some mint leaves into the blend and the taste is very nice ad refreshing. After 30 minutes and when it is done, add some sugar to taste. My husband and I prefer it without sugar, since pumpkin has some sweetness naturally.
